Our ingredients
We work with local farmers to source all of the poultry, Vegetables, and dairy that go into our cooking and directly from Ethiopia, ensuring the most authentic flavors in every dish. From hand-harvested teff for our injera to sun-dried Ethiopian spices like berbere and korarima, we bring the best of Ethiopia to your kitchen.
